2) Lunge with Knee Driver
3) Push-up with Rotation
4) Downward Dog to Spiderman
5) Bear Crawl
6) Reverse Plank Knee to Chest
7) Plank Up-Down

Sequence: Repeat the entire circuit x2.
Circuit: 45 secs Workout - 15 secs Rest
Duration: 15 mins
